Set on a steep hill between Clifton Village and the waterfront, Hotwells offers a great mix of property types. The Hotwells and Bristol Harbour area is an exciting and historic part of the city, bordered by the river Avon.

Shopping – Hotwells Road has a handful of shops and cafes and leads directly into the city centre.

Age of houses – Hotwells offers a mixture of Victorian and Georgian town houses along with newer waterfront properties, some of which include converted harbour offices, boatyards and industrial warehouses. Little known fact – Hotwells takes its name from the hot springs running through the rocks of the Avon Gorge.
