We are very happy to advise on any works from minor decoration through to the installation of a new bathroom which would increase the rental and capital value.

We have many contractors who offer excellent value and we would be happy to project manage larger projects if required, as well as arranging for the marketing of the flat in order to minimise your void period.

If we manage the property, we would also advise you throughout the duration of the tenancy, of any works which could increase rental throughout the term.

What are your top tips for buying a Buy to Let Property?

Asking yourself 'would I want to live here?' is not a good starting point, as your own expectations may be very different to the 'average' tenant! That is why using us as a sounding board will help align your views to that of the average tenant.
