As we head into 2026, it’s the perfect time to look back at what a busy and rewarding year 2025 was for everyone at Sarah Kenny Residential Lettings. It was a year full of milestones, achievements, and celebrations, and we couldn’t have done it without our fantastic team and incredible clients.

Each of these numbers tells a story about the work we do every day. Completing 426 lets and handling 327 checkouts shows the dedication of our team to ensuring smooth transitions for tenants and landlords alike. Adding 40 new managed properties to our portfolio demonstrates the trust landlords place in us. Meanwhile, carrying out 419 EICRs and nearly 4,800 maintenance jobs highlights our commitment to safety and keeping properties in top condition.
2025 was also a year of celebration. Moving back into our refurbished Clifton Village office gave us a refreshed space to welcome clients and work together, and marking our 35th anniversary reminded us just how far we’ve come.
Looking back on these achievements fills us with immense pride. As we move into 2026, we’re excited to continue providing outstanding service and making every rental experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
