So here we are again and today we are speaking to negotiator extraordinaire, Lydia, who some of you may well have met whilst viewing your property with us…
How long you have been at Sarah Kenny and what is your position within team?
I have been with SK since May of last year and I am one of the lettings negotiator
How long have you lived in Bristol?
I moved from Cardiff to Bristol in 2012 to study psychology at UWE and loved it so much I stayed!
What do you like about being part of team SK?
I love working in a friendly team who all gel together well. It is lovely being allowed the freedom to build up really good relationships with our clients and I enjoy putting in the time to help find the right property for people.
Any hobbies or interests outside of work?
I enjoy ballroom dancing on weekends (currently working towards my gold medal and it’s very hard work!)
I also love seeking out new restaurants and bars that I have not tried before. My current favourites are Sticks & Broth on Baldwin Street and Three Brother’s Burgers on Welsh Back!
Favourite places to go or things to do in Bristol?
In addition to those mentioned above I also love Swoon on Park Street (thanks to our receptionist, Bridgette) and Aquila and Cupp (the bubble tea place in Cabot) – it is my mission to visit Bubbleology (the new place on the Triangle) too as I love the stuff!
Lydia loves all things Disney and is Team SK’s little ray of sunshine!
