What a week of music we have coming up at the Hippodrome!

So, those of you who have read our blogs before will know that we are huge fans of Bristol Hippodrome here at SK – gorgeous Grade II listed building, amazing décor, incredible atmosphere…what’s not to love?! And as if that wasn’t enough, they have an absolutely stonking line up of shows of offer too.

The Hippodrome hosts events of all different types including some of the West End’s smash hits but next week it’s all about the MUSIC and we think it sounds just fab!

Kicking Easter off with All You Need is Love In Concert is the National Philharmonic Orchestra playing the most iconic hits of The Beatles. Travel through time and Beatlemania for one night only on Sunday 21st April (my husband and I have tickets for this and are looking forward to it already!)

Next up is The Carpenters Story on Tuesday 23rd with a brilliant recreation of the songbook which made The Carpenters the musical legends they are.

On to Wednesday 24th and you can see E.T the Extra Terrestrial: In Concert. Originally released in 1982, this one is still a much-loved family favourite and this is a one off screening with its award-winning score performed by a live full symphony orchestra in sync to the film on a huge screen.

No rest at all as Thursday 25th is A Vision of Elvis with internationally renowned tribute, Rob Kingsley and to quote Rolling Stones Magazine about this one, “The King is back”!

And finally to finish on Sunday 28th you’ll need to get your dancing shoes at the ready for ABBA Mania. Forty years of ABBA music to celebrate and this one is a fantastic way to finish off the weekend…

All that in just one week gang – click here for tickets and make sure you get booked up!
